Our home from home dog boarding service is a drop off & collection only service, therefore we can accommodate anyone from anywhere….as long as you’ve been for a successful meet & greet with our resident dogs!

MEET AND GREET
We understand it’s important that you’re sure anyone taking care of your pet(s) is the right fit – for you and them! So we do an initial no-cost-to-you meeting at your home for non-dog boarding services, to ensure we can have a chat and be introduced to your furry (or feathered or scaled!) family.
Dog Boarding

Your dog can come to live as one of the Berry’s Pet Services gang at our rural home in Bwlchgwyn.
Nestled in a hill in North Wales’ highest village with over half an acre of secure gardens and woodland to play in and explore, Berry’s Pet Services is a great home from home for your precious pooch.
You dog will live in our home; no kennels here – our sofas are your dog’s sofas! We also run our sister business, www.berryandfriends.co.uk on site, so add ons are available throughout your dogs’ stay.
We do have friendly resident dogs, so can only cater for dogs who get on with other dogs. Your dog is welcome to have time away from ours if preferred, i.e. a space of their own overnight, solo garden exploring time, meals served in a different room etc however would need to be generally non-reactive to other dogs to be happy here.
Conveniently located close to Wrexham, Llangollen, Treuddyn and Mold and only 30 minutes from Oswestry, Ruthin, Denbigh, Flint, Deeside, Holywell and Chester.
Further afield clients are welcome – we’re an hour from Prestatyn, Rhyl, Talacre, Warrington, Cheshire, Manchester, Newtown and Telford.

Dog Sitting (at Berry’s Pet Services HQ)
DOG SITTING
Dog sitting is bookable on an ad hoc basis for existing clients only and subject to availability.
Is your dog unhappy being left home alone while you’re out at work? Out for the day? At a party?
We can help to keep them entertained by having them stay with us for a few hours!
– 1/2 day: £25 for up to 4 hours plus £5 per dog from the same home (up to 3 dogs)
– Full day: £30 for up to 8 hours plus £5 per dog from the same home (up to 3 dogs)
Dog sitting drop off from 8am and collection up to 10pm. We are unable to provide a collection and drop off service.
We can feed your dog, give oral medication (if required) and, give treats if permitted plus of course lots of fuss and cuddles.

Dog Walking
DOG WALKING IN BWLCHGWYN
Dog walking is available in Bwlchgwyn only. Personalised 121 care for your dog(s) walks. We don’t use vans at Berry’s Pet Services – your dog(s) will never be left in a vehicle whilst other dogs are seen to and we don’t do big group walks.
An on the lead walk/ off lead on private land either solo or with other dogs (owner’s preference – max 4 at a time) in a rural or semi-rural area from your home. Any dogs walking together will be known to each other:
– £15 per 30 minutes (£18 for 2 dogs from the same home, £21 for 3 dogs from the same home)
– £18 per hour (£25 for 2 dogs from the same home, £30 for 3 dogs from the same home)
You’ll be provided with an update on your dog’s adventures after the walk.
Dog Visits

Available in Bwlchgwyn & surrounding villages only.
Perfect for puppies or elderly dogs to break up the day for them if you’re going to be out for a few hours:
-£15 for half an hour visit to include letting out for toilet, play time, fuss, water change, feeding (if required) and any oral medication requirements
-£20 for half an hour for two dogs
-£25 for half an hour for 3 or more dogs
-£25 for an hour visit
-£30 an hour for two dogs
-£35 for an hour visits for 3 or more dogs
Cat Visits
CAT VISITS
– £10 a visit; to include litter spot check, fuss (if permitted(!)) water change, feeding (if required) and any oral medication requirements.
-£20 for an hour visit to include all of the above plus time spent with your cat(s)
Small Exotic Animal Visits
SMALL/EXOTIC ANIMAL VISITS
– £10 a visit to include fuss (if appropriate), water change, feeding (if required) and any oral medication requirements.
If a longer term, i.e. holiday, work trip etc is to be covered, Berry’s Pet Services can accommodate this in your own home with a daily visit and follow your pet’s usual routine. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
