We’re a well-established and popular rural home from home dog boarding and local dog sitting, walking and pet visits service, based in Bwlchgwyn on the Wrexham/Flintshire/Denbighshire border.

We do have resident dogs and lots of visiting dogs, so our home boarding is only suitable for dog-friendly dogs. But big or small – we welcome them all! See our home boarding section for more info.

Owned and run by Sarah, a pet lover of all kinds big and small. With over 18 years’ experience walking, fostering (and adopting(!)) dogs of all breeds, ages and sizes, plus over 30 years’ experience caring for small furries including rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, degus, chinchillas and ferrets plus insects, reptiles and birds (we said all kinds!). Berry’s Pet Services can provide a variety of services to help you and your pet.

Our home boarding is open to clients from Wales or over the border in England. We are approximately 30 minutes from Oswestry, Chester and Ellesmere Port and an hour from Telford, the Wirral, Warrington, Manchester and Crewe.

We also run Berry & Friends Natural Treats – a 100% natural dog treats company with a wide selection of healthy treats, free from grains, gluten, additives and preservatives….no nasties! A discount is available for existing Berry’s Pet Services customers – just ask us!

So glad we came across Berry's Pet Services. Sarah is fantastic and our Bear immediately took to her at the initial meet and greet. Sarah came to our house and stayed with Bear whilst we attended my mum's funeral. It was such a weight off our minds knowing he was safe and being looked after at home, keeping to his routine and having lots of cuddles. Sarah is so lovely and completely trustworthy and we will not hesitate to use her services again including her home from home dog boarding services in the future.
